Service Fees for Contact Centre Bookings (per passenger, per ticket basis) Bookings made through our contact centre may incur higher service fees compared to online bookings. This applies especially to complex itineraries, such as multi-stop or international trips. Service fees range from £15 to £250.

Service Fee Policy

General Fee Information

Service fees will be displayed in your local currency on the payment page, tailored to passenger types: adult, infant, child, senior, student, or military. These fees are generally non-refundable and may be subject to change without prior notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of booking confirmation may qualify for a refund of transaction fees, but fees for cancellations made after 24 hours are non-refundable. You’ll only be charged the final total amount quoted by our agent.

Exclusions from Standard Service Fees
Certain bookings incur additional fees, including:
  • Up to £37.50 per passenger for online holiday package bookings.
  • Up to £150 per passenger for online first-class or business-class flight bookings.
  • Up to £75 per passenger for open-jaw or multi-city itineraries.
  • Up to £30 per passenger in cities with high fraud rates.
  • Up to £41.25 per passenger for bookings with different dates or nearby airports.
  • Up to £150 per passenger for online cruise bookings.
